Golfera Mortadella is an authentic Italian product crafted in Lavezzola using premium pork. Unlike many standard options, it is "Uncured," meaning it is completely free from artificial additives and nitrates. It offers a clean, sophisticated flavor profile and a velvety texture that reflects true Italian charcuterie tradition without the use of harsh chemicals.

We offer three distinct gourmet varieties, each vacuum-packed in halves for freshness:

  • Plain Mortadella: A classic, nut-free option with a balanced, savory, and slightly sweet taste.

  • Pistachio Mortadella: Infused with premium pistachios for a smooth texture and a subtly nutty flavor profile.
